The Martinique at Regal Oaks - 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with 1,910 sq ft of living space. This home is right on the lake giving you a beautiful view for you during your stay.

Regal Oaks is located just behind Old Town so take a stroll over one evening and enjoy a selection of restaurants, bars, specialty shops and family entertainment.
Looking for a luxurious home in a great location plus a simple convenient booking process? As our guest, we will take care of you personally from the time you inquire to your day of departure. We are not a booking agent, we personally maintain this home to guarantee your satisfaction. We guarantee to have your booking processed within 48-hours. As soon as we receive your deposit we will immediately confirm your reservation.

*These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times.
This Townhome is a private home for short term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.
Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge.
If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of vacation home. We want to make your stay in our home a memorable experience.
Please note: the parking of RV's and Trailers is prohibited in the resort.
Do you want a grill, need a pack and play/high chair, or any other item to make your stay better, please contact us and we can rent these items to you for your stay at an additional cost.

I loved the location right on the lake. The nightly visits from the ducks and deer was lovely. All the comforts of home?? I look forward to next year.

This is a great villa, location perfect for old town and nearby restaurants. Very clean with plenty of cutlery. The outside table was a lovely place to sit. 2nd time at this villa and we would definitely book again.

Fantastic property close to tons of amenities and attractions. We stayed here from 3 weeks, from late Oct to mid-Nov 2019, and we will definitely be returning. I would 100% recommend this property. Also, as a side note, Mid-Florida Property Management was fantastic to deal with! A+ all around!!

This was our 2nd vacation at this property. Just as the last time, we couldn't have felt more at home. This place is so clean and has such a perfect view! I don't have one complaint! We have been told by others to shop around and do some comparing but we have no desire to do so. We plan on coming back next year and staying longer!

The home was a great price. The location was good. Very clean and home welcoming. Quiet area and security good. Need tv in twin bed rooms. Over all property was a A+. Will stay again.

Great Townhouse very spacious with all the amenities you can ask for.
We all really enjoyed our stay at Regal Oaks, great townhouse and the location was perfect for a lazy day around Old Town. The lake has kept us on alligator watch for our whole stay and many mornings we have seen them cruising around. The south facing sun has been another bonus with great outdoor seating.

Amazing Place! Very neat, clean, and up to date. Everyone we dealt with there was very friendly and accommodating. The view with the pond made it even more appealing. We hope we can rent the same place next year!

We have stayed at a few villas on Regal Oaks and this was one of the best. Very clean and well appointed, the nice outside space really made it. Great location next to old town with plenty of options to walk out to for food and a beer.
