The living room is a cozy spot with a full couch and love seat. Included in this rental home there is a television in the living room as well as all bedrooms. There is also High-Speed Wi-Fi internet access. There is a full kitchen, which includes fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Our main selling point with comparison to hotel or motel vacationing is the full kitchen aspect of our Florida vacation rentals. If you are staying in a hotel or motel, you could end up spending thousands of dollars on meals alone. We advise our guests that once you have arrived at your Florida vacation rental and are settled in you can head over to one of the nearby groceries and stock up on some essentials. Sleeping quarters here at our Windsor Palm Resort rental are private and elegant. There is room for 6 guests, with two master rooms, and a room for the kids with two single beds. The first master bedroom has a Full bed, the second Master a Full size bed, and all the comforts of home. This particular condo also has two full size bathrooms. Dining area is conveniently located off the kitchen and adjacent to the living room. This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants. All our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family`s comfort and safety. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Cleaning fee applies to all reservations, Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge.
